Oxford Road 59 (Norwich Ave) and Juliana Drive Intersection Improvements – Juliana Drive is an east-west arterial road the links Mill St. to Springbank Avenue through the south part of the City of Woodstock. The subject section of Juliana from ~25 eat of Lampman PI to ~270m eat of Oxford Road 59 South part of the City of Woodstock is predominantly a commercial area with a school and a church. Road widening proposed to address intersection safety concerns – modifications to catch basins, watermain and water services replacement, curb & gutter and sidewalk installation, electrical works – traffic signals and street lighting improvements. Pavement marking and link painting, restoration of boulevards and driveways, full dept road reconstruction and surface asphalt milling and replacement, utility relocations and telecommunications pedestals.
